• All rentals are subject to credit approval and verification of information.
  • Payment for rentals may be made by credit card only; Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
  • A rental agreement and credit card slip must be signed by the owner of the credit card before rental pick-up can take place.
  • All reservations must be secured with a credit card, or purchase order from a PS&L approved account.
  • All reservations are subject to a seven-day cancellation period.
  • Reservations cancelled, in full or in part, less than seven days prior to pick-up date are subject to charge in the original amount of the reservation.
  • Renters must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Rentals are due back between 10:00am and 12:00pm (noon) on the return date.
  • Rentals returned after 12:00pm on due date are subject to late charge.
  • Reservations scheduled for pick-up before 12:00pm require telephone confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or rental to anyone.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it is picked-up.
  • Rentals returned with any damage or missing equipment will be subject to charge.
  • Pro sound & lighting reserves the right to evaluate damaged equipment and to assess repair / replacement charges.
  • Cables that are returned unwrapped, dirty or with tape residue are subject to charge.
  • Rentals reserved for outdoor use are subject to a cleaning deposit.
  • Minimum one-day rental = $10.00, minimum monthly rental = $25.00.
  • Rental prices are subject to change without notice.
  • It is the renter’s responsibility to understand how to properly transport, set-up, operate and strike the rented equipment before they leave pro sound & lighting on pick-up date.
  • Pro sound & lighting will instruct renters about proper operation techniques upon request.
