Areas of Expertise
Sound Reinforcement
Understanding how sound works and how to control it has been our specialty from the inception of Pro Sound & Lighting. Whether you are shopping for the most basic public address systems or have a 800 seat venue that requires coordinated wireless systems and network audio distribution, we have the training and experience to handle any of your needs. Being able to help our clients have the right technology to their work well is the next hurdle. We have been walking that line a long time. We know how to empower you with the audio solutions you need without overwhelming.
Lighting
We know event lighting. We also know the product lines and the differences from one piece of gear to the next. We understand the formula and can help you weigh quality, longevity, versatility, and your budget constraints. There is usually more than one way to skin a can and we can help facilitate you finding the solution that best fits your needs and constraints.
Integration
What does that even mean? Do you know? It is the process of coordinating speakers, microphones, projectors, displays, control panels, video conferencing software, and other technologies into a functioning solution for your space.
Video Projection and LED wall
Large digital display and signage is a fast evolving field . With constantly changing trends in resolution, data transport, aspect ratio, screen and projector advances, and a maturing of LED wall technology and methods, you need an industry specialist to help you navigate your options. Few retailers have the real hands-on experience and expertise in video wall that Pro Sound & Lighting staff has. We have been shopping, installing, servicing and dumping LED wall inventory for nearly as long as the technology existed.. We even know what “area of interest means”.
Acoustic Management
Acoustic panels control echo and reverberation in a room. Most commonly used to resolve speech intelligibility issues in commercial soundproofing treatments. Many panels are constructed with a wooden frame, filled with sound absorption material (mineral wool, fiber glass, cellulose, open cell foam, or combination of) and wrapped with fabric but there are other systems as well.. Acoustic Panels are also referred to as Sound Absorption Panels, Soundproof Panels, or Sound Panels. Basically, we sell expensive egg cartons.
